Diana Made My Day!

Tonight during Sunday Roast Beef Dinner Diana exclaimed, "Mama, I want some more! It's delicious!" Although she has declared those words a few times before, this time, her exclamation was so sincere and animated, that it made me soooo happy and I was somewhat proud of my cooking for once! Toddlers are the toughest critics! I'm now considering culinary school!
