Long story short: The Cheesecake Factory is a very popular restaurant, particularly on a "holiday" Monday (Columbus Day), and especially on FHE Monday in Utah. We love the birthday girl so much, that we waited 2 l-o-o-o-o-ng hours to eat...and so did the kids. Yes, that's love.
