blessed.

A lot has been happening in our household in April...so much, that I am behind in documenting it all! However, I wanted to share a few moments from this weekend, when we blessed our little baby. We realize that at 5 months, he's a bit older than most babies when they are blessed...and he's not a small baby...but words can't express how much love and gratitude we feel for our loved ones and for the privilege to be parents to our dear children. We love them so much! We are indeed honored for the opportunity to be their parents and to teach them all the important things...primarily, about the things that have eternal significance. And those things are found in the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are so grateful that even as imperfect beings, and parents, we can teach our children the gospel, knowing that it is the perfect message. The message of hope, love, purpose, and so many things.

I find so much strength to overcome obstacles when I turn my thoughts toward the blessings that I have been given. Yes, we are very blessed.
