end of summer, new fall happenings...

A week after returning from our 3-week vacation to the U.S., the girls and I were already dreading the onset of winter (hey, you never know when the snow will come up here)...so we decided to visit the local spray park and the weather was GREAT!!! Note the expression on Mimi's face...she was begging to go to the spray park because she wanted to "swim" in the water...of course when we get there, she's not so sure any more!

Yes, on this date, Mark and I were married...and five years and three kids later...we still remember that "newlywed" feeling :) This year, Mark took me out to "MUCHO BURRITO," a little-known, yet awesome trendy Mexican eatery in Edmonton where the carne asada is not half bad, and the hot salsa is soooo hot that even Mark's eyes were watering. He wasn't complaining about it, though. You see, deep down, he's Mexican!
I love you Mark! :)
Here are a few pics from our adventures at the Fringe Festival in Edmonton.

Lots of interesting artists and entertainers, one of them being this acapella group from Saskatchewan.
