love, loVe, LOVE my boys!
Meet Tak. He is 9 months old (as of this last week). He's a spunky little guy with lots of energy and lots of cute charming looks (in my opinion). He's very high maintenance because he is, afterall, still a baby. He needs his diaper changed, he needs to be bathed, he needs to be fed and to be cleaned up after he eats. And he eats a TON!!! I'm also constantly picking up what he knocks down...XBox controllers, books, DVDs, toys, etc. He's a pretty good lil' guy...but he does love to make a mess when he eats, so that's always kind of fun to clean up, sort of.
Meet Mark. He is 27 years old. He's an optimistic, happy-go-lucky kind of guy who is easy to get along with and very down-to-earth. He also happens to be my "4th kid." If it weren't for me, the poor guy would forget to eat. But when he eats....HE EATS...and doesn't gain an ounce (lucky!!!) He also has a few issues with putting dirty clothes in the laundry baskets instead of just stashed on the floor in a pile or wherever...stinky work clothes are the best to find laying around...NOT!!! And there's that teensy-tiny issue about remembering to put dishes in the sink or dishwasher. Also, I am constantly on him about keeping our work desk area clean and clear of unorganized papers...yeah, I try not to nag, but "lovingly remind" and "gently encourage" him to do this.
So you see, I have 2 sons. They may be extra work but I LOVE THEM! Thanks to them, there is some much-needed balance brought into our otherwise-estrogen invaded home. Thanks for the laughs, the smiles, and the patience with all my imperfections (that's an entire book all its own).
