this picture makes me smile

you know when you have "one of those days" and then it turns into "one of those weeks" and then, before you know it, that "day" has turned into "one of those months"? well, mark & i are there. between the kids getting random illnesses (from stomach flu to pink eye), mark trying to balance multiple responsibilities in addition to his full-time job, and me trying not to lose my sanity while trying to enjoy my last few months(?) as a SAHM (stay-at-home-mom), we are ALL in need of some balance and a break from the routine. and we are obviously not alone. sometimes we all need a change of pace. and of scenery. or, in our case, we just need to "hold-on" just a little longer.

at times like these, i like to go thru the picture archives. i always find one that makes me smile :)
